We inform you, that in accordance to the art.13 of D. Lgs. 30 june 2003, n. 196 (Code in matter of protection of the personal data), than Lavaal will proceed to the treatment of the personal data from you supplied in the respect of the rights, the fundamental freedoms and the dignity of the persons, with particular reference to the confidentiality and the personal identity  but however, in the respect of the norm in matter of protection of the treatment of the personal data.
The granting of the data is optional, but a likely refusal to supply some which you must in a compulsory way where there is an asterisk, it will  determines the impossibility to approach the services which we are offering.

Lavaal s.r.l. declares that the consumers' personal information you are giving to us are handled automatically to allow consumers to use the companies services  for purposes imposed by normative obligations, for marketing, direct marketing, trading information and statistics purposes.
The information registered can be used by Lavaal srl for commercial information purposes, market researches, products and services promotions and it can also be transferred to other companies only for the following uses :
1. purpose connected to the execution, management and payment of the purchase order;
2. statistics purposes promotional market researches, shipment of advertising informative material, also by means of the e-mail;
3. previewed implementation of obligation from laws, regulations and communitarian norms.

In any case your data will not come communicated (if not to society for the delivery at domicile, for the mailing and for date entry), diffused  or sold to thirds party. In accordance to the art. 7 of the law (D. 2. the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form, the blocking of the data which have been dealt under law violation, including those, which are not necessary the conservation in relation to the scopes for which the data have been collected or subsequently dealt.
3. the attestation that the operations mentioned in point no. 1 and 2 have been brought in acquaintance, also as far as their content, to those people to which the data have been communicated and diffused, except the case in which such implementation is revealing not possible or that it is involving an excessive way to do , in front to the protected right.

At last, you have the right to be opposed in total or partially way :
